CAREER

Here’s what we check:
- Confirmation of name, date of birth, and address.
- Five year career history reference checks employment, self-employment, and unemployment.
- Verified character references.
- Financial public record check: CCJ’s, insolvency, bankruptcy, IVA’s, undeclared address links, and aliases.
- Basic criminal record disclosure.
- Right to work validation.
- Independent verification of any career gap which exceeds 31 days.
- Education checks as appropriate.
- Terrorist financial sanctions list and company officer checks.
Certificate of screening and full audit file supplied when vetting is complete.
None of our licensed security staff have the same powers as the Police, but they can perform a citizen’s arrest; refuse entry to premises and perform body searches/check belongings where necessary. It is illegal for security staff to carry weapons such as firearms, tasers or batons.
TECHNOLOGY
The simple answer is yes. We have supplied guard tour patrol systems to many of our guarding sites over recent years. Our guard tour patrol system includes the ability to program checkpoints with relevant information via NFC tags. The system also records log time, GPS location and any information the guard wishes to report. Clients are able to review this data on our client portal.
